DELIVERY: We will endeavour to despatch most orders within 24 hours of receipt OF PAYMENT, and typically the courier delivery time is 1-3 days, depending on the exact delivery location. International orders may take significantly longer. If an item ordered is currently out of stock, then Cotters will advise of this and provide an estimated delivery date. If the customer chooses to cancel the order at this stage they may do so without penalty.  All risk for the goods shall pass on to the customer upon despatch. Deliveries will be made to the address provided by the customer, and it is the customers responsibility to ensure that the details given are correct. Delivery will be considered to be complete once the goods have been delivered to that address, and Cotters will  not be liable for any loss or subsequent damage after this. An order may be cancelled or altered up until the moment of despatch, after which this will not be possible.
 
RETURNS: If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return them to us (at your own expense) unopened  within 14 working days together with a receipt and a written explanation of what you consider to be the fault/s, following which may decide to refund or replace the item, depending on the situation. If the fault is ours then we will cover the cost of the return by enclosing a return mail courier bag with the replacement goods.
 
ORDER TRACKING: If your goods arrival is delayed please contact us, either by phone or email, and we will track the item to ascertain where the goods are and we will then advise you of the status.
